Aqueduct Park

The Park of the Aqueducts is about 8 km from the center of Rome, I went by metro. 
It is an incredible place, with miles of ancient aqueducts and Roman constructions that transport you back to that time.

It's the perfect place to escape the crowds of the city, ideal for a picnic or some mates. It has a necessary tranquility after the chaos of the center, where you can walk and enjoy a different landscape.

Difficult I couldn't stop thinking about the movie Gladiator while you walk in the field brushing the wheat with your hand, as if that were not enough I came across a flock of sheep.
In short, if you are looking for a different place, with history, tranquility and nature within walking distance, it is a good option.
